Returns
We accept return requests for eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and included parts
- Not show signs of misuse, damage, or modification
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
- Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
- Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items clearly marked on the product page
- Gift cards, if offered
- Downloadable or digital products, if offered
How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item, if it arrived damaged or defective
We will review your request and reply with return instructions. If your return is approved, the return shipping address will be provided by email.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at xby4dianp@outlook.es.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please request a return for the original product and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
